FCRA — Fair Credit Reporting Act

As a consumer reporting agency Extension Express Inc has adopted key procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit in a manner which is fair and reasonable to the consumer, respecting the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of any credit reporting.

FDCPA — Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

Extension Express Inc's collection staff is fully trained and understands the requirement to treat all patients in a professional, confidential and courteous manner as dictated by this law.
